However, product appearance may vary slightly depending on manufacturing updates, screen settings and supplier changes.

Product availability is subject to stock levels and supplier availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or provide a refund for the unavailable item.

We may update or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our New Zealand website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD), unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected price or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

Payment must be completed using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.

Driven Supply offers shipping throughout New Zealand and to other destinations where delivery is available at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM New Zealand time.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, product availability and courier operations.

We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the stated timeframe and keep you informed of significant delays.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy for eligible products.

To qualify, returned products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition and packaging.

Certain items, including custom-made products, specially ordered items and products that have been used or modified, may be excluded from change-of-mind returns.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

We may fulfil orders through different warehouses, distributors or suppliers. Consequently, products purchased in the same order may arrive in separate shipments.

Where products carry additional manufacturer warranties, these operate alongside your applicable statutory consumer rights.

All original content on the Driven Supply website, including our branding, logos, website design, text and original graphics, is owned by Driven Supply or used with permission from the relevant rights holders.
